This is a handheld scraper from Anex designed for removing rust, paint and sealant. It can also be used as an automotive gasket scraper.

The edge and shaft are made of chrome-plated vanadium steel, and the handle is acetate.

Similar to a demolition screwdriver, this scraper has a metal striking plate on the back of the grip, so it can safely be hit with a hammer to get through stubborn rust and paint.
