Return Process

  Log into your Daitool account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and protective materials are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 3-5 business days.
